Return Policy
All inventory items can be returned to the store within 15 days for a store credit if there are no damages or alterations determined by the jeweler.
All custom jobs and special orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
Repair jobs must be paid for within 60 days of the item being repaired. If the item is not paid for after 60 days, the item is subject to being sold in order to cover the repair costs.
Please note a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for all custom jobs in order to commission Collins Jewelers to start the process.
